Baby dumped in Mississippi now has name

They found a baby girl floating in the river near Winnona and have now given it a name. They named it after the three procelain dolls and a few other items in the bag. They have posted these items on the news in hope that someone will recognize them and give the baby a last name. They are trying to figure out how the baby died cause they are not quite sure yet. There was also a shirt and a plastic bag that said keep away from childeren.
