Steven Cross was charged with child neglect and is being held in a California jail. He left his son that is 11 and two notes for him and his neighbor. These were asking these to take care of his son. This dad thought he was doing this for his own sons good. His house was in foreclosure and he couldn' provide for his son anymore. Cross still believes that his decision was a good one. His son will be put with a family member soon and they don't know when Cross will be sent back to MN.
